I love radio for its warmth and immediacy. I did coursework in broadcast news writing, production, voice, etc.  at Mount Royal College in Calgary. In the years since, I have done a number of radio gigs, including being an on-air personality on Radio Japan, the worldband service of NHK, Japan's national broadcaster.

Most recently, I was the regular newscaster and sidekick on “Barakan Morning” on Interfm, a Tokyo commercial radio station, for about a year during 2010. Click this text to listen to an aircheck (Oct. 30, 2010) of a RADIO NEWSCAST followed by CHAT with the program host.

Here's a debrief on street crime in Japan, from a podcast a few years back. Click this text for a listen.

In addition to my journalism work, I do COMMERCIAL NARRATIONS. Click this text for a listen.
